I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size.

 

I generally have only size 11.5, 12, and 12.5.

Has my order been sent yet?

 

Shipping will occur within 24-48 hours.  I will only ship to the address listed on your PayPal account, that's it.

Part of my order is missing.

 

I'm not shipping car parts or anything, just shoes.  However, all parts and pieces should be inside of the shoe box; you know, stuff like shoestrings, bag, tags, and or a special commemoration card.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

PayPal only! No other method will be accepted.

Is it safe to order online?

 

We are well past this question.  However, ordering online is still nerve racking.  We work hard for our chips, so, when you make a purchase from us, we will make good on the order.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?

 

Send a message and someone will respond.  Keep in my mind, due to working full-time, you may not receive an immediate response.

Can I track my order?

 

Once your purchase is confirmed, shoes will be shipped, and you will receive a tracking number.

You’ve sent me the wrong items.

 

This will be fixed immediately and someone will be fired!!

I forgot to use my discount code.

 

Shoes are already marked down at a gracious rate, no discount codes given at the moment.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Delivery cost will be adjusted to your location, certain items will indicate free-shipping.  Now, depending on where you live, shipping could take a day, up-to-a-few-days.  The tracking number will indicate shipping schedule.
